We proudly introduce you to our staff.    

Sarah Weaver is an Appointment Secretary and Receptionist.  She will help answer your questions, schedule appointments and make insurance and financial arrangements.  Sarah has a background in banking and marketing.  She has been employed by Dr. Steele for 3 years.

Gina Courtney, Appointment Secretary and Receptionist can answer your questions, schedule appointments, and make insurance and financial arrangements.  She is also responsible for the check-up recall list and maintaining your regular check-ups.  Gina graduated from Indiana University previously worked in the loan sector. She has been with Dr. Steele for 2 years.

Holly Rouintree is the Office Business Manager and is responsible for the transactions of the office.  She is also responsible for complex insurance problems, letters, and accounts payable and receivable.  In addition, she serves as Dr. Steele's executive secretary.  Computer expertise and business experience make up Holly's resume after her graduation from Anderson University.  She has been with Dr. Steele for 1 ½ years.

Linda Byerly is a Certified Dental Assistant who trained at the  University of Illinois and completed Expanded Duties Program at Indiana University School of Dentistry.  She also has a certificate for orthodontic training as an assistant and cephalometric tracing.  She is X-ray certified.  Additionally, she has completed an assistants course study of complex restorative care under the Society of Occlusal Studies.  Linda has been with Dr. Steele since he started his practice in 1971.

Tricia Barth is a Dental Assistant who comes from a medial assisting background. She is a graduate of PCI and is currently working on her X-ray certification.  Tricia is our latest addition to our staff and accepted employment January 2002.

Beth Smith is an Orthodontic Assistant with a certificate of training in orthodontics.  She also is X-ray certified and will be the assistant you most often see in a course of orthodontic treatment.  She is a graduate of the PCI Dental and Medical Assisting Program.  Beth has been an assistant for 20 years and with Dr. Steele's Office for 16 years.

Angie Kleyla, Laboratory Technician, has a background in dental laboratory procedures.  She maintains the laboratory in Dr. Steele's office and is responsible for coordinating the minor and major dental cases.  Additionally, she holds a certificate in X-ray and assists the hygienists.  Angie has been employed with the office for 4 years.

Connie Seibenthal is a Hygienist who graduated from Indiana University School of Dental Hygiene.  She is responsible for preventative education, routine preventative dental care, periodontal treatment (gums) and preventative procedures.  Connie has extensive informational background in dental restorative and cosmetic procedures.  She has been with Dr. Steele for 28 years.

Sandy McIlrath is also a Hygienist who started with Dr. Steele as an appointment secretary. She graduated from Indiana University in Dental Hygiene in 1993 where she was selected "Outstanding Dental Hygiene Student for Professional Attitude and Habits". Her responsibilities include routine preventative dental care and periodontal therapy.  She has been with Dr. Steele's office for 21 years.

Noelle Steele, Dr. Steele's daughter, is a Business Assistant in the front office.  She graduated from Alexandria-Monroe High School with honors and is now attending Franklin College (Sept 02).  Noelle is studying Journalism and English.    

Bonnie Haas works as a fill-in Business Assistant when we need her.  She previously worked for Dr. Steele as a hygiene appointment secretary for 7 years.
