Anti-Snore Appliances
Many people disturb their mates and family with snoring.  They lose sleep and awaken throughout the night from noise and interruption of breathing.  There have been several devices invented to treat the snoring malady.

The anti-snore appliances are specially constructed for each individual and position the jaw in a forward position.  The repositioning opens the airway and keeps the base of the tongue from falling into the throat and breathing passages where snoring originates.

These appliances work well for most people, however, there is a small percentage of the population that do not respond to the therapy.

The complete fee for the appliance is $650 including the examination and consultation.

LASER Applications

While many may consider LASERS as an instrument for fixing cavities, our LASERS are different devices.  One is used for correction of soft tissue abnormalities that interfere with the most pleasing smiles.

LASER treatment is also indicated in minor surgical procedures without bleeding, removal of bulbous gum tissue, complex reconstruction of the mouth and removal of diseased tissues.

Another instrument, the Kavo LASER know as DIAGNodent , is a small device to detect hidden cavities in the biting surface.  Previously, dental professionals relied on the X-ray, the explorer (dental probe), and visual inspection to determine if a cavity is present.

The DIAGNodent explores the inside part of the tooth through a LASER beam and determines if the tooth is OK, needs only a sealant or a full restoration or filling.

LASERS are considered one of the latest advancements in total dentistry for the 21st century.
